Manufactured Home Educational Workshops

There are currently 2 Tenant Workshops available through the AAMHO Education Committee. Each workshop is designed to run about 3 hours in length. Workshops can be scheduled in each District. Below is a list of highlights from each class.

Manager Certification Class

AAMHO is one of two associations that offer Manager Certification Classes in accordance to the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. For Manager Certification requirements please see section 33-1437 of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act.

AAMHO offers Manager Certification Classes six times a year at the AAMHO office located at 2334 S. McClintock Dr. Tempe, AZ 85282. The class fee is $125.00. All materials needed are provided as well as a light lunch. The class is scheduled from 9am to 4pm and you will receive your certification at the end of the day.
